3. Weld head control scheme
a. Fully Manual
i. Squeeze Time and Hold Time are
ignored, because user will bring weld
head down manually and also trigger
manually. Primary trigger will actuate
weld head and secondary trigger will
trigger weld discharge.
b. Auto With Timing
i. Squeeze Time and Hold Time are
used.
ii. Primary trigger starts the weld process
c. Auto With Trigger
i. Squeeze Time is not used, because
weld head will trigger weld. Hold Time
is used.
ii. Primary trigger starts the weld
process.
4. The time the weld head is given to
squeeze weld piece before a weld will
occur. Is disabled when in “Fully Manual”
mode shown in item 3.
5. The time the weld head stays actuated
after the weld has occurred. It is disabled when in “Fully Manual” mode shown in item 3.
6. When Roll Spot is enabled, adjust this to change the rate at which your welder will weld. Note: At
higher powers, charge times will be longer and will affect the weld per second rate. Comparator
will be disabled while Roll Spot is enabled.
