Air shrouds concentrate airow to maximize fan efciency. They do not require
screws for installation.
Installing the Air Shroud
1. Power down the system as described in Section 5-2. Remove the covers as
described in Section 5-3.
2. Place the air shroud in the chassis. The air shroud ts just behind the ve fans
in the fan rack.
3. Align the mounting holes in the air shroud with those in the chassis and secure
them with the four screws provided with the air shroud.
4. Replace both chassis covers and power up the system.
