If the Surefire Water Pump won’t run, you can try the following steps: Start the Calibrate PWM Limits Test and increase the PWM Duty Cycle (DC) to 100% by pressing (+). Then, use a voltmeter to check the voltage at the 2-pin PWM connector at the EPD or hydraulic valve solenoid. If there is voltage but the pump still doesn’t run, perform these checks: For an electric pump, start the Calibrate PWM Limits Test to open Section Valves, unplug the two big connectors that plug into the black EPD module on the pump tower, and plug them together to supply direct power from the battery to the pump(s). The pump(s) should then run at full speed. For a hydraulic pump, pop up the Manual Override button (red knob on top of the solenoid) on the hydraulic valve block.
