24010 LAS Receiving Time Out(EB)
24011 LAS Transmission Count Error
24012 The port to connect with LAS can not be opened.
24013 LAS Off-line
24014 LAS Transmission Error
24015 LAS CTS Time Out
24016 LAS ACK Code Error
24017 LAS ACK Code Error(NAK)
Probable
cause
1) The connection setting is not suitable for LAS.
2) The connection cable is disconnected from LAS.
Corrective
action
Check the connection with LAS and its connector.
24023 Sample aspiration abort failed(LAS)
Probable
cause
LAS sent a Sample Aspiration Abort command during sample aspiration.
Corrective
action
Check the LAS status.
24024 Same sample ID is notified by LAS
Probable
cause
Sample ID which is already registered as order was notified by LAS.
Corrective
action
Check the LAS status.
24026 Sample arm is stopped in sample tube
Probable
cause
Error occurred during sample aspiration.
Corrective
action
Sample arm is stopped during aspirating sample. Sample arm possibly stopped in the sample tube.
Remove sample arm from sample tube and remove sample tube at aspiration position.
39815 Sample ID arriving at aspiration position is different from previously notified ID from LAS
Probable
cause
LAS sent a Sample Aspiration Start Request command for the sample which has different ID
notifired from LAS.
Corrective
action
Check the LAS status.
