read

write
permission,
ATTRIB
can
force a read-only condition to allow file
sharing
over a network.

display
the
attribute
of a specific file,
type
at

wildcard
characters

'"
can
be
used
to
print
the
a
ttri-
butes
of
all
files on a specific drive.
If
you
omit
the
optional
parameters,
ATTRIB displays
the
attribute
settings
of
the
file specified by pathname.

turns
on
the
read-only
attribute
of Myfile.txt.

turns
on
the
archive
attribute
