10. Secure the pump parts in position by sliding the
retaining pin through the cross holes located at the
bottom of the pump cylinder. (
See Figure 6-29.)

Note: When the pump is correctly installed, the head of
the retaining pin should be facing up.
11. Install one O-ring on each end of the mix feed tube
and thoroughly lubricate. (
See Figure 6-30.)

12. Slide the large O-ring and two small O-rings into the
grooves on the pump driveshaft. Thoroughly lubricate
the O-rings and the shaft. Do not lubricate the hex
end of the shaft. (
See Figure 6-31.)

13. Install the hex end of the driveshaft into the drive hub
at the rear wall of the mix hopper. (
See Figure 6-32.)

Note: To ease installing the pump, put the ball crank of
the driveshaft in the 3 o'clock position.
14. Lay the agitator, pump assembly, pump clip, mix feed
tube, and locking clip in the bottom of the mix hopper
for sanitizing. (
See Figure 6-33.)
