Command Description
CH<x>:PRObe:CALibrate:STATE? This query returns the calibration state of the probe connected to the specied
channel.
CH<x>:PRObe:COMMAND Sets the state of the specied probe control
CH<x>:PRObe:DEGAUss Starts a degauss/autozero cycle on a TekVPI current probe attached to the
specied channel input
CH<x>:PRObe:DEGAUss:STATE? Returns the state of the probe degauss
CH<x>:PRObe:FORCEDRange This command species the range on a TekVPI probe attached to the specied
channel
CH<x>:PRObe:GAIN This command species the gain factor of the probe that is attached to the
specied channel
CH<x>:PRObe:ID? Returns the type and serial number of the probe that is attached to the
specied channel
CH<x>:PRObe:ID:SERnumber? Returns the serial number of the probe that is attached to the specied channel
CH<x>:PRObe:ID:TYPe? Returns the type of probe that is attached to the speci ed channel
CH<x>:PRObe:MODel This command speci es the probe model for the specied channel
CH<x>:PRObe:PROPDELay This command species the propagation delay for the probe connected to
the specied channel
CH<x>:PRObe:RECDESkew? Returns the recommended deskew for the probe connected to the specied
channel
CH<x>:PRObe:RESistance? Returns the resistance of the probe that is attached to the specied channel
CH<x>:PRObe:SIGnal This command species the input bypass setting of channel <x>TekVPI probe
CH<x>:PRObe:UN Its? Returns the units of measure of the probe that is attached to the specied
channel
CH<x>:SCAle This command speci es the vertical scale of the specied channel
CH<x>:TERmination This command species channel input termination
CH<x>:YUNits This command species the units for the specied channel

DESkew Causes the deskew values for all channels to be set to the recommended
values
DESkew:DISPlay Species the state of the deskew table display.
DISplay:INTENSITy:BACKLight:AUTODim:TIMe This command species the state of the deskew table display
REF<x>? Returns reference waveform data for channel <x>
REF<x>:DATE? Returns the date that a reference waveform was stored
REF<x>:HORizontal:DELay:TIMe This command species the horizontal position of the specied reference
waveform in percent of the waveform that is displayed to the right o f the center
vertical graticule
