Problem Cause Measure
The relay code does
not activate the relay
1) Wrong or no relay code
programmed
2) Telephone used for remote
configuration does not send
DTMF tones
1) Using configuration step 10 or
11, respectively, you can program
two independent relay codes.
They can be used for different
purposes depending on the
operations mode, e.g. activate or
deactivate the relay, or turn them
off completely. Please see Set-up
chapter.
2) A remote configuration is only
possible when using a telephone
with DTMF dialling (=telephone
that can send DTMF tones). In
system devices, sending DTMF
tones is only possible after
pressing a function button or
entering certain codes. Please
contact your intercom system
support.
The voice message,
illumination or
additional amplifier
does not work.
Voltage supply does not exist Check if the external
15 V +/- additional supply was
connected correctly. Without the
additional supply, neither the voice
message nor the illumination nor
the additional amplifier will work.
