Gas supply regulation
This plasma arc power supply is equipped with a manual valve regulator, which is accessible
through the hinged flap in the rear of the left side panel�
1� Air-line hose connection�
• Female G1/4” thread
adapter�
2� Air-line hose�
• Use an inert gas hose with a
minimum internal diameter
of 6 mm, make a direct
attachment or use a quick
disconnect fitting�
Gas supply installation
Connect the air-line hose as follows:
45SD - Single phase 45SD - Three phase
Gas pressure adjustment:
1� Open the side door for gas regulator�
2� Switch over operation mode (cutting > gouging)�
3� The error code H13/ H
(gas error - High pressure) appears�
4� When the gas is flowing, pull up the regulator
knob and set the pressure showed on the display
(3�5 bar)�
5� When reaching the pressure 3�5 bar, H13
disappears�
6� When the gas is set, push down the regulator
knob�
7� Close the gas regulator door�
8� Do a gouging�
9� Repeat the sequence for the further operation
mode change�
