Scylon frame rear derailleur disc:
- Remove the array of guides and the sheath stopper
from the rear base.
- Use the cable guide

with a suitable
CAMPAGNOLO grommet.

in its housing on the
rear base.
- Fix the cable guide

on the rear base, and tighten
moderately.
