Cleanalldebrisfromengineandexhaust
systemarea.
1.Shutofftheengine,engagetheparkingbrake,
removethekey,andwaitforallmovingpartsto
stopbeforeleavingtheoperatingposition.
2.Cleanalldebrisfromscreenatthetopofthe
engine,aroundengineshrouding,andexhaust
systemarea.
3.Wipeupanyexcessivegreaseoroilaroundthe
engineandexhaustsystemarea.
RemovingtheEngine
ShroudsandCleaningthe
CoolingFins
ServiceInterval:Every80hours
1.Shutofftheengine,engagetheparkingbrake,
removethekey,andwaitforallmovingpartsto
stopbeforeleavingtheoperatingposition.
2.Removecoolingshroudsfromengine.
3.Cleancoolingnsoftheengine.
Note:Alsocleandust,dirt,andoilfromexternal
enginesurfaces,whichcancauseimproper
cooling.
4.Installthecoolingshroudsintotheengine.
Important:Operatingtheenginewithoutthe
coolingshroudswillcauseenginedamage
fromoverheating.
CleaningtheDebrisfrom
theMachine
ServiceInterval:Beforeeachuseordaily
Important:Washthemachinewithmilddetergent
andwater.Donotpressurewashthemachine.
Avoidexcessiveuseofwater,especiallynear
thecontrolpanel,aroundtheengine,hydraulic
pumps,andmotors.

2.Cleanoffanyoil,debris,orgrassbuilduponthe
machineandaeratordeck.

guards,aroundthefueltank,andaroundthe
engineandexhaustarea.
