Removeanybuildupofgrass,dirt,orotherdebrisfromthe
oilcooler.
Beforeeachuseremoveanybuildupofgrass,dirt,or
otherdebrisfromtheenginescreen.Thiswillhelpensure
adequatecoolingandcorrectenginespeedandwillreduce
thepossibilityofoverheatingandmechanicaldamagetothe
engine.

ServiceInterval:Every100hours
1.Movethespeedcontrollevertotheneutralposition
tostopthemachine.
2.DisengagethePTO,engagetheparkingbrake,stopthe
engine,andwaitforallmovingpartstostop.
3.Removethefueltankmountingnutsandswingout
thefueltank.
4.Keeptheoilcoolerfreeofdebris,bycleaningthens
withabrush.
5.Swingthefueltankinandsecureitwiththemounting
nuts.
6.Backthemountingnutsoffa1/2turntoallowfor
tankexpansion.

1.Movethespeedcontrollevertotheneutralposition
tostopthemachine.
2.DisengagethePTO,engagetheparkingbrake,stopthe

3.Removetheairintakescreenandfanhousing.
4.Cleanthedebrisandgrassfromtheengineparts.
5.Installairintakescreenandfanhousing.

3.Raisetheseat.

5.Lowertheseat.
