1.Movethespeedcontrollevertotheneutralposition
tostopthemachine.
2.DisengagethePTO,engagetheparkingbrake,stopthe
engine,andwaitforallmovingpartstostop.
3.Carefullycleantheareaaroundthelter.
Important:Ensurethatnodirtorcontamination
enterthehydraulicsystem.
4.Unscrewandremovethelterandallowtheoilto
drainfromthereservoir.
Note:Donotchangehydraulicsystemoil(except
forwhatcanbedrainedwhenchangingthelter),
unlessitisfelttheoilhasbeencontaminatedorbeen
extremelyhot.Changingthehydraulicoilunnecessarily
coulddamagethehydraulicsystembyintroducing
contaminatesintothesystem.

™
500hydraulicoilandapplyathincoatof
oilonthesurfaceoftherubberseal.
6.Turnthelterclockwiseuntiltherubbersealcontacts
thelteradapter,thentightenthelteranadditional
2/3to3/4turn.
7.Fillthereservoirasstatedin(page).
8.Raisetherearofmachineupandsupportwithjack
stands(orequivalentsupport)justhighenoughto
allowdrivewheelstoturnfreely.
9.Starttheengineandmovethethrottlecontrolaheadto
fullthrottleposition.
10.Movethespeedcontrolleverstothefullspeedposition
andrunthemachineforseveralminutes.Shutdown
themachineandchecktheoillevel.
