electrodeandthesideelectrodeiscorrectbefore
installingeachsparkplug.Useaspark-plugwrench
forremovingandinstallingthesparkplugsanda
gappingtool/feelergaugetocheckandadjusttheair
gap.Installnewsparkplugsifnecessary.

AirGap:0.76mm(0.030inch)
RemovingtheSparkPlug
1.Stoptheengine,removethekey,andwait
forallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
2.DisengagethePTO,movethemotion-control
leverstotheneutral-lockedposition,andsetthe
parkingbrake.
3.Removethelefthandhydraulic-unitshroudin
theorderlistedinFigure55.
Note:Thisgivesyouaccesstothefrontspark
plug.
