Donotfuelorruntheengineunlessthespark
arresterisinstalled.
1.Stoptheengine,waitforallmovingpartstostop,
andremovethekey.Engagetheparkingbrake.
2.Waitforthemufertocool.
3.Ifanybreaksinthescreenorweldsare
observed,replacethearrester.
4.Ifpluggingofthescreenisobserved,remove
thearresterandshakeanylooseparticlesoutof
thearrester,andcleanthescreenwithawire
brush(soakitinsolventifnecessary).Installthe
sparkarresterontheexhaustoutlet.
