fromthehydraulicsystem.
8.Shutofftheengine,checkthehydraulic-uid
level,andcheckforleaks;refertoCheckingthe
HydraulicFluid(page72).

InspectingtheHoses
ServiceInterval:Every200hours—Inspectallhoses
andconnectionsfordamageand
properattachment.
Every400hours/Yearly(whichevercomes
rst)—InspecttheO-ringsinthevalve
assembliesandreplacethemifnecessary.
Examineeachhoseinthespraysystemforcracks,
leaks,orotherdamage.Atthesametime,inspectthe
connectionsandttingsforsimilardamage.Replace
anyhosesandttingsifdamaged.
ChangingtheSuctionFilter
ServiceInterval:Every400hours
Note:Determinetheappropriatesuctionltermesh
sizethatyouneedforyourjob;refertoSelectinga
SuctionFilter(page24).
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,engagethe
parkingbrake,shutoffthepump,shutoffthe
engine,andremovethekey.
2.Atthetopofthesprayertank,removethe
retainerthatsecuresthehosettingattached
tothelargehosefromthelterhousing(Figure
101).
