LoadingtheHopper
WARNING
Ensurethatthemachineisconnectedtothe
towvehiclebeforeloading.
Donotcarryloadsthatexceedtheloadlimitsofthe
machine,orthetowvehicle;refertoSpecications
(page17).
Thestabilityofloadscanvary—forexample,high
loadswillhaveahighercenterofgravity.Reduce
themaximumloadlimitstoensurebetterstability,if
necessary.
Toavoidcausingthemachinetotipover(seesafety
decalsinthismanual):
•Carefullymonitortheheightandweightofthe
load.Higherandheavierloadscanincreasethe
riskoftipping.
•Distributetheloadevenly,fronttobackandside
toside.
•Becarefulwhenturningandavoidunsafe
manoeuvres.
Important:Donotputlargeorheavyobjects
intothehopper.Materialthatislargerthanthe
reargateopeningmaydamagethebeltand
reargateassembly.Alsoensurethattheload
hasauniformtexture.Smallrocksinsandcan
becomeprojectiles.
WARNING
Donotcarrypassengersinthehopper.
UnloadingtheHopper
WARNING
Themachineiscapableofamputatinghands
andfeet.
Keephandsandfeetawayfromthehopper
guardonthespinnerguardandthespinner
assemblywhenthemachineisoperatingor
whenthehydraulicpowerpackengine,onthe
towvehicle,isrunning.
Donotstandbehindthemachinewhenunloadingor
spreading.TheTwinSpinnerejectsparticlesanddust
atahighspeed.
Donotunloadthemachinewhileitisonaslope.
