WARNING
Unloadingthemachinewhenitisnot
connectedtothetowvehiclemaycausethe
loadtoshiftandthemachinetotipover.
Ensurethatthemachineisconnectedtothe
towvehiclebeforeunloading.
Traveling
Themachineisdesignedonlyforoff-roaduse.The
maximumrecommendedspeedwithoutaloadis24
km/h(15mph).
Maintainsafecontrolofthemachine.Donotattempt
sharpturns,abruptmanoeuvres,orotherunsafe
drivingactions.
Slowdownbeforeturning,especiallyonwet,sandy,
andslipperysurfaces.Turningclearancesarelimited
ifyouhaveanoptionmountedonthemachine.
CAUTION
Usingthemachineinanunsafemannercould
resultinseriousinjuryordeath.
Beawareofyoursurroundingswhenturning
orbackingup.Ensurethattheareaisclear
andkeepallbystandersatasafedistance.
Proceedslowly.
Turnofftheoptionwhenapproachingpeople,
vehicles,vehiclecrossings,orpedestriancrossings.
Note:Heavyloadsandwetorroughsurfaces
increasethetimeittakestostop,andreducethe
abilitytoturnquicklyandsafely.
AfterOperationSafety
Parkthemachineonarm,levelsurface.Avoid
softgroundbecausethejacklegcouldsinkand
causethemachinetotipover.
Donotdisconnectthemachinefromthetow
vehicleonhills,orwithoutengagingthefrontjack
andrearjackleg.
Ensurethattherearjacklegandthehopperarein
thedownposition.Putaspacer(suchasapiece
ofwood)underneaththerearlegwhenthegapto
thegroundexceeds2inches(5cm).
Whendisconnectingthemachine,alwayschock
thewheelstopreventmovement.
Keepallpartsofthemachineingoodworking
conditionandallhardwaretightened.
Replaceallworn,damaged,ormissingdecals.
ParkingtheMachine
Alwaysparkthemachineonalevelsurface.Place
blocksunder2wheelsofthemachine(frontandback
ifitisinthevehicle-mountedconguration).
WARNING
Disconnectingthemachinefromthetow
vehicleonaslopecouldcausethemachine
tomoveunexpectedly.
Donotdisconnectthemachinefromthetow
vehicleonaslope.Ensurethatthefrontjack
isinthesupportposition.
Torotatethejackstandfromadownsupportposition
toatravelinghorizontalposition,pulloutthejack
standsupportpinandswivelthejack.Ensurethat
thejackstandisattachedtothemachineandinthe
correctpositionduringoperation.OnT orotow-behind
chassisthejackstandislocatedonthehitchtube
(Figure47).OnTrucksterdirectconnectchassis2
jackstandsareused(Figure48).Usethejackstorage
mountsontherearofthechassisduringoperation.
