2.5 Replacing the Print Head

Thermal Head Adjust Position:
When replacing the thermal head with a new one, insert the Head Adjust mold into the Thermal head edge.
Head adjust position
Notes:
1. For thermal head assembly, please use head adj STD
position to check print quality.
2. If STD Position is NG check print quality again with
Position 1.
3. If Position 1 NG check print quality again with Position 2.
Then set the head position base on best print position.
