12Useful information
The following cases are not faults with the Unit.
Please check the following before requesting service.
If you have investigated the above and there is still an abnormality, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the
Unit with the part number and problem.
Under no circumstances conduct repairs by yourself. Doing so is dangerous.
Moreover, if the LCD display part of the Touch Screen Controller displays (Abnormality) and a check code, please also
inform the dealer of these items.

*1 Conditions for PC connection (operating environment)
OS: Windows 8.1 or Windows 10
LAN port: 10BASE-T or 100BASE-TX wired LAN port
Other: mouse/keyboard, printer (if printing is required)
Problem Cause
When an air conditioner is stopped, its
operation status is displayed on the LCD
display part of the Touch Screen Controller.
This is because even when an air conditioner is stopped, you can set its operation from the
Touch Screen Controller.
The display does not switch even if you
operate the Touch Screen Controller.
• The function is not provided by the air conditioner.
• There may be an error in the operation method. Please check the operation
explanation of the function.
• This is because switching of HEAT and COOL in the operation mode is
prohibited.
It is not set even when operating the Touch
Screen Controller.
Problem Cause Solution
The air conditioner does not operate even
when I press the Run/Stop switch on the
Touch Screen Controller.
Has a power outage
occurred?
If the LCD of the Touch Screen Controller does not display,
press the ON/OFF button of the Touch Screen Controller
again after energizing the controller.
The check lamp of the Touch Screen
Controller lights up.
Is the air conditioner
protection device operating?
Please see the air conditioner operation manual and check
the operation.
On the LCD display part of the Touch Screen
Controller (Abnormality) and the check
code C06 is displayed.
Is a power outage affecting
the air conditioner?
After restoring power to the air conditioner, the display will
disappear after waiting a few minutes.
