14Warranty and after-sales service
Please keep the warranty card carefully after confirming that necessary items have been filled in.
The warranty period is one year from date of purchase. Since repairs may be charged for even within the warranty period,
please check the warranty details stated in the warranty card.
When repair parts are procured, if the function can be maintained by repair, we will repair the Unit for a fee at the customer's
request.
Please check "11. Troubleshooting" (P.70) before requesting a repair. If this does not solve the problem, immediately shut
off the power supply and contact us.
Please inform us of the following when requesting a repair.
- Customer name
- Address, phone number
- Product model name and serial number
- Installation date
- Failure status (as much detail as possible)
