Disable Instance 1, namely remove all the mapping VLANs 1-100:

Remove VLANs 1-50 in mapping VLANs 1-100 for Instance 1:
TL-SG2424(config)# spanning-tree mst configuration
TL-SG2424(config-mst)# no instance 1 vlan 1-50
