3. A copy of your proof of purchase (purchase receipt).
Repaired products will be returned freight C.O.D. unless sufficient return shipment funds are included
with the unit.
Products sent to the factory from outside the U.S. MUST include return freight funds, and sender is
fully responsible for all customs documents, duties, tariffs, and deposits.
Record the model and serial numbers on the Packaging Materials sheet and retain for your files.
