5. Align the top caps and shaped spacers as you slide
the stem down. As you lower the stem onto the
frame, the foam sleeve and rear brake cable should
slide into the top tube.

6. Install the expander into the fork. Follow
recommended torque values to properly
secure the expander.

The black wedge
faces forward
If needed, install additional standard round
spacers above the stem.

INSTALLING THE FORK AND HANDLEBAR
7. Install the stem top cap and preload
the headset bearings with a max torque of 4Nm.
8. Align the stem and tighten the stem pinch bolts.
