6.3. Basic Application
This chapter contains the following topics:
6.3.1. Addressing and grouping
Each operating device in the system must be individually addressed and assigned to a group so that the
x/e-touchPANEL can communicate with the operating devices. In Basic Application Addressing is performed
automatically; grouping has to be done manually.
With the following operating devices, the address number is supplemented by the specific abbreviation. The
identification of the components is only displayed if this is supported by the devices.
