Lastly, ensure the sensor isn't too close to the steam; if it is, move it or adjust the steam jet's direction.

Also, check for excessive deposits on the electrodes and clean them with a cloth until all deposits are removed.

Also, ensure that the surrounding temperature does not exceed 35°C. Finally, check the thermometer's location; it should be approximately 150-170 cm above the floor and away from the steam jet. If the thermometer is faulty, replace it.

To resolve this, replace about 1 meter of the water piping nearest the steam generator with a flexible type, such as an armored rubber hose capable of withstanding the water pressure.

If there are several sharp bends in the steam pipe, replace them with gently rounded bends (minimum radius 50 mm). Excessive limescale in the steam generator water can also cause this issue; descale several times, flushing in between. If that doesn't work, change the water tank, complete with the element and electrodes.
