F32 Fan cooling fault
NO TE:
This fault exist in FR8 or bigger drives.
FR 8 power cable between power board and
fan-inverter contain 0 ohm resistor.
Problem can be in fan, fuses, fan capacitor, fan inverter, power-,
control board or cables between these.
Check isolation transform er and output com m on m ode filter,
if drive is equipped with such.
F32 displayed.
Check logged
data in
fault history.
Fan does not start,
when "ON"
-com m and is given.
Check fan inverter
for visible dam age.
Disconnect and check fan.
Measure winding resistance
and insulation resistance.
W ere all
m easurem ents
OK?
Power drive, with
fan disconnected.
Fan-inverter fault.
Also check fan
capacitor.
Replace faulty fan.
Check at least fan
capacitor and fan inverter.
Pow ersupply fault or
"O N "-com m and m issing.

Found appr. 260V
on all outputs?
