5. Select Forced uninstallation > OK.
6. Select Confirm.
7. Follow the instructions in the user interface.
8. After completing the forced uninstallation sequence, follow the normal uninstallation
instructions from step 16 until the end of the procedure to safely disconnect and transport
the device.
