8. If the DGA monitor stops measuring again and the measurement cycle fault returns, try to
restart measurement once more.
9. If the problem is not resolved after a couple of attempts:
a. Perform the uninstallation procedure according to instructions but stop uninstalling at
step 15. Do not disconnect any cabling.
b. Reconnect the oil lines.
c. Perform the initialization procedure according to OPT100 Installation Guide
(M211857EN).
d. After a successful initialization, select Control > Start Measuring to restart
measurement.
10. If uninstalling and re-initialization did not remove the problem:
a. Generate a new diagnostic data file from the DGA monitor.
b. Contact Vaisala support and provide the diagnostic data file to help diagnose the
error.

 Generating diagnostics package
The diagnostic package can be used by Vaisala support to diagnose any issues you may have
with the DGA monitor. The diagnostic data in the file is intended for use only by Vaisala.
1. Connect to the user interface as the Admin user.
2. Select Service to open the Service tools page, and locate the Diagnostics package tool.
3. If a data package has been previously generated, a file name and the generation date are
shown. Select the file name to download the package.
4. To generate a new package, select Generate new. Any existing package will be
overwritten. Generating the package may take up to 20 min.
5. Send diagnostics package to Vaisala support through MyVaisala, if possible.
