Problem Possible cause Solution
My web browser warns me that
the connection is not secure
when connecting to the user
interface.
User interface is secured using
a self-signed certificate that is
not trusted by your web
browser, because the certificate
is not publicly distributed.
To get rid of the warning
permanently, create a trusted
certificate and key and
configure the user interface
security to use them
(recommended) or disable
HTTPS security (not
recommended). See
Configuring user interface
security (page 56).
Alternatively, you can ignore
the warning and proceed to the
user interface. HTTPS trac is
always encrypted even if the
certificate is not trusted.
I am unable to log in to the user
interface as Admin user.
Forgotten password. Contact Vaisala. See Technical
support (page 123).
DGA monitor LED lights are o. Issue with the power supply. Check power input from the
power supply unit (switches F1
and S1).
Oil is leaking from inside the
DGA monitor or the connecting
pipes.
Loose connection or faulty
piping.
Tighten any loose connections.
If there is still leakage, stop
measurement and complete
uninstallation procedure before
maintenance. If maintenance
work cannot be started
immediately, close transformer
valves to prevent more oil
leaking into the system.
5.2 System statuses
System status is shown in the header at the top of the user interface. Note that the presence of
alerts (gas level alerts or device alerts) is indicated by a separate alert indicator.
