If you've forgotten your Wi-Fi password for your Verizon Wireless Router, you can find it by:
* Checking the touchscreen: tap Wi-Fi Name/Password.

* Checking the TCL Connect app: Go to homepage and tap WiFi Settings.
Alternatively, you can reset the device to factory settings by pressing the reset button with a paperclip for 3 seconds and create a new password.
