2.9.4 Remote Commands
During particular operating conditions (such as the generator supply), there are two remote
commands available: each command is capable to exclude one power bus reference overriding
the Liebert MBSM controls and forcing the related UPS system to phase lock the Liebert MBSM
frequency reference. If both the power buses are excluded by the remote commands, the UPS
systems will phase lock the frequency reference self-generated by the Liebert MBSM internal
quartz oscillator. Figure 10 shows an example of Bus A remote control activation.

2.10 Application Limits
The Liebert MBSM with phase control (10B14545G1) is applicable to systems with up to six UPS
modules.
