2.10.1 Special Solution, if Required
A special version of the Liebert MBSM (10B14545G2) with phase control is available for
applications with up to 11 UPS modules.

2.11 Selecting the Priority
Use the selector switch on the front panel to set the operating mode:
• AUTOMATIC (AUTOM.)—Liebert MBSM detects the reference bus automatically, without assigning a
priority; the first bus to be detected is selected as the reference.
• PRIORITY BUS A (PRIORITY A)—If Bus A is present it is selected as priority source. If Bus A is not
present, the Liebert MBSM selects Bus B, if present.
• PRIORITY BUS B (PRIORITY B)—If Bus B is present it is selected as priority source. If Bus B is not
present, the Liebert MBSM selects Bus A, if present.
