Refitting
To refit, carry out the removal operations in reverse order, observing the prescribed tightening torques.
Locking torques (N*m)
shock absorber lower clamping 20 - 27 shock absorber upper clamp 20 to 30
Shock-absorber - calliper bracket
Removal
- Remove the front wheel hub with the brake disc
- Remove the front shock absorber lower clamps
- Remove the bracket locking Seeger ring
- Unscrew the bracket
- Before refitting the bracket in the wheel axle,
place the O-ring as shown in the photograph so
that it is correctly placed after fitting the bracket.
- Refit the washer and the Seeger ring.
- Refit the lower screws fixing the shock absorber
to the bracket and tighten at the prescribed torque
