8.4 ACCESS TO THE STATIC
RELAYS AND THE SENSOR
CARD
To access the data collector, it is necessary to:
1 Remove the panel on the right side by par-
tially unscrewing the two screws that hold
the panel.
2 Unscrew the two screws holding the cover of
the data collector.
Each probe has a label which identifies it. When
a relay is activated a green light appears at the
top right that identifies the active resistor. For
example in the picture the resistances of groups
1,2 and 3 are active.
The collector has a large flat cable which con-
nects the manifold to the control unit and one
(machine with 2 units) or two flat cables (machine
with 3 units) to communicate with the static
relays of the coffee boilers and groups. All probe
groups and coffee boilers are connected here via
extension cables.
