Loading and unloading with the main switch off
When loading and unloading vehicles in
ADR
traffic, it
is sometimes necessary for the main-power to be
switched off. To prevent damage to the chassis, the
truck must be raised to its highest level when loading
and lowered to its lowest level when unloading.
Before loading
Raise the truck to it's highest level
1 Select manual control.
