8.5.4 Delete a Personalized OGM (SET OGM to DEFAULT)
Using a handset:
Repeat Steps 1 to 6 in the section of Playback the Outgoing Message (OGM).
Press to delete your personalized OGM and return to previous menu and the
pre-set OGM is restored automatically.
NOTE:
If pre-set OGM is playing, you are not allowed to delete the pre-set OGM.
Using the base:
Press and / to select ANS. MACHINE.
Press and / to select TAM SETTINGS.
Press and / to select OGM SETTINGS.
Press and / to select ANS & REC or ANSWER ONLY.
Press and / to select DEFAULT.
Press and enter the 4-digit system PIN (default PIN is 0000).
Press to conrm.
8.5.5 Set the Answer Delay
You can set the number of rings before the answering machine answers and starts
playing your OGM. You can set the answering machine to answer after two to eight
rings or TIME SAVER (TS).
Using a handset:
Press and / to select TAM.
Press and / to select SETTINGS.
Press and / to select ANS DLAY (Available options: 2 RINGS, 4
RINGS, 6 RINGS, 8 RINGS or TS).
Press and / to select your desired answer delay.
Press to conrm.
Using the base:
Press and / to select ANS. MACHINE.
Press and / to select TAM SETTINGS.
Press and / to select ANSWER DELAY.
Scroll and / to select the desired answer delay.
Press to conrm.
