ANSWERING SYSTEM
8.7.1 Playback the OGM

to select TAM SETTINGS.
Press then

to select OGM SETTINGS.

to select ANS & REC or ANSWER ONLY.
Press then

to select PLAYBACK.
Press to playback your personalised OGM (if you have recorded a
personalised OGM before) and PLAYING OGM will be displayed on the screen.
Press to stop the OGM playback and return to the previous menu.
NOTE
If a personalised OGM is not recorded, the preset OGM will be played.
8.8 Delete the Personalised OGM

to select OGM SETTINGS.

to select ANS & REC or ANSWER ONLY.
Press then

to select PLAYBACK.
Press to playback your personalised OGM (if you have recorded a
personalised OGM before) and PLAYING OGM will be displayed on the screen.
Press to delete your personalised OGM and return to previous menu and the
pre-set OGM will be restored automatically.
NOTE
If pre-set OGM is playing, you are not able to delete the pre-set OGM and thus OK will
not display. Only C will display.
8.9 Set the Answer Delay
You can set the number of rings before the answering system answers and starts
playing your OGM. You can set the answering system to answer after two to eight rings
or TIME SAVER.

to select TAM SETTINGS.
Press then

to select ANSWER DELAY (Available options: 2 RINGS,
4 RINGS, 6 RINGS, 8 RINGS or TIME SAVER).

to select your desired answer delay.
Press to conrm.
