SET UP THE TELEPHONE
2.5 Install and Charge the Handset Batteries
Slide open the battery compartment cover to t the NiMH rechargeable batteries
into the handset.
Place the two batteries as indicated. Check that the polarity is correct.
Slide the battery compartment cover back until it clicks into place.
Place the handset on the base to charge for at least 14 hours. When the
handset is fully charged the will be steady on screen. A beep indicates that the
handset is properly placed on the base or charger.
NOTES
Use only the supplied NiMH rechargeable batteries.
If you do not use the handset for a long time, disconnect and remove the batteries
to prevent possible leakage.
