Intern Pulse / Encoder
The print speed must correspond to the conveyor belt speed. To do this, you can set how
this is specified in the Internal Pulse / Encoder submenu.
Internal means that the previously determined speed of the conveyor belt is constant and
is entered here as a fixed value.
External means that the exact transport speed is transmitted to the system unit via the
optionally available rotary encoder.
Set encoder resolution
If a rotary encoder is connected to the controller, the print speed is automatically
matched to the conveyor belt speed through the impulses of the rotary encoder.
The intensity setting is optimized to 600 dpi for the Weber Marking Systems GmbH rotary
encoder. Fine adjustment may have to be made by the test image.
