8.5.5 Unit and lter holder spray nozzle cleaning
Clean daily the unit and lter holder spray nozzles
with brush provided.
Thoroughly clean the inside of the coupling ring and
lter holder, as well as the edge and the wings of the
lter holder, so as to eliminate any accumulated coee
residues..
Use the special toothbrush supplied (see Spare Parts Catalogue).
8.5.6 Steam nozzle cleaning
Clean the steam spout once a week as follows:
• Immerse the spout in a jug with
water and a specific detergent
according to manufacturer’s in-
structions;
• heat the solution with the steam
of the spout;
• let the spout cool o keeping it
immersed in the solution for at
least 5 minutes to allow the detergent to rise inside
the spout by cooling eect;
• repeat the operation 2 or 3 times until milk is deliv-
ered.
