5.3 After aspiration
After aspiration:
1. Switch off ACCUVAC Basic by pressing the
button marked O/I.
2. Empty the collection canister (see “Emptying the
re-usable collection canister” on page 24) or dis-
pose of the disposable collection bag (see “Re-
placing the disposable collection bag” on
page 25).
3. Clean ACCUVAC Basic (see “6. Hygienic prepa-
ration” on page 30).
5.4 Charging ACCUVAC Basic
We recommend you to charge ACCUVAC Basic as
soon as the yellow voltage indicator LED lights up. By
doing so you will ensure that it operates for an
adequate period next time it is used.
The power supply for charging must deliver 12.0 V –
13.8 V DC and at least 0.3 ampere. A full charge
takes a maximum of 14 hours.
Note: Even when ACCUVAC Basic is fully charged,
only the central LED is lit when you switch on the ap-
pliance.
