.1.4 Setting values
Set the mixing head relative to the required burner capacity. For this, the diffuser setting
and the air damper setting should be matched.
Determine the diffuser and the air damper settings
Do not operate the burner outside its capacity graph.
u Determine the required diffuser setting (dimension X) and air damper setting from the
diagram below.

Required burner capacity 307 MBTU/h 512 MBTU/h
Combustion chamber 0.31” w.c. 0.51” w.c.

Setting the diffuser
With dimension X = 0 mm, the indicating bolt is flush with the cover of the nozzle
assembly.
u Turn screw 1 until dimension X matches the determined value.
