What to do if I cannot detect WiDrive Wireless Router on my computer's wireless network connection?

  If you're unable to detect the WiDrive Wireless Router, it might be due to a weak wireless signal or interference. Ensure that the WiDrive is operating in AP mode, as it won't be detectable in Client Scan mode. Place the WiDrive closer to your computer, remove any metallic obstructions blocking the antenna, and try renewing your computer's wireless network connection by selecting the Repair option in Windows' Wireless Network Connection settings.

  If you've forgotten the admin username and password for your WiDrive Wireless Router, restore it to its original factory condition. Power up the WiDrive, then press the reset button using a paper clip.
