English INSTALLATION
1. Mark out the holes on the building material.
2. Drill the holes according to the instructions.
3. Thoroughly clean the holes.
4. Insert the grout cartridge in the hole.
If the hole is too deep or has broken away, it may be necessary to use more than one
grout cartridge.
5. Using a suitable insertion tool, knock and turn the anchor bolt into the grout until
it reaches the insertion depth marking (a notch on the bolt). The gap between the
buildingstructureandtheanchorboltmustbecompletelylledwithgrout.
6. Carefully remove the insertion tool. If the insertion tool cannot be easily removed,
waitforthefollowingperiods:

0°C...+10°C 30 min
+10°C...+20°C 20 min
+20°C... 8 min
7. Let the anchor harden.

0°C...+10°C 1 h
+10°C...+20°C 30 min
+20°C... 20 min
Do not move the anchor bolt or place any load on it during the waiting time.
When the grout has hardened, clean any impurities such as dirt, adhesive resin or drilling
dustfromthesurface.Thecomponenttobeattachedmustbermlyttedtothebase
and may not be in any way loose.
8. Boltthecomponenttothefoundationandtightenitwiththespeciedtorque.Thenut
mustbecoatedwithlockingadhesiveandre-tightenedtothespeciedtorqueatleast
three times in order to counteract any subsequent settling.
5.2.3.
• These anchors may only be used in reinforced or unreinforced normal concrete with
astrengthclassofbetweenC20/25andC50/60(accordingtoEN206:2000-12).
• The anchors are only suitable for crack-free concrete.
• Beforeusingxanchors,thestrengthofthestructuremustbeascertainedinorderto
ensure that the reaction forces can be absorbed.
