14 Installing the machine and tables
Notes for the service technician or dealer authorised by Winterhalter:
 Observe the connection diagram for detailed information.
 The installation site must be frost-resistant so that the water systems do not freeze.
14.1 Installing the machine
INFO No gap is required between the wall and rear of machine.
 Install the machine horizontally with the help of spirit level.
 Adjust the base unevenness with the help of the height-adjustable machine feet.
Installation variants
14.2 Attaching tables
 Refer to the table connection drawing (on request).
14.3 Rack guide conversion
INFO If the machine is installed in a corner, the rack guide must be converted.
 Unscrew the front guide bar (1) and attach to the left side of the rack guide.
With separately available guide bars, the rack guide can be converted to the following rack sizes and wall
distances:
