7 Messages and Errors
The following messages may appear on the LCD of the lubricator.
LCD display Meaning Troubleshooting
OFF The lubricator is connected and
switched off
PAU The lubricator is connected and is
waiting for a signal from the controller
ON The lubricator is in operation and
supplying lubricant according to the
time or pulse specification
E1 Empty Replace the cartridge
E2 No cartridge present Screw on a cartridge
E3 Undervoltage Adjust the supply voltage.
Acknowledge the error message.
E7 Excess pressure Check the lubrication points.
Check the setting of the parameter for
pressure (P).

The following descriptions apply to the factory setting of the parameter E (E1), L and F, see section
„6.1.6 E (Error / inversion of output signals)“.

OFF Switched off low, continuous Lubricator switched off
On Ready for operation low, continuous Lubricator is ready for operation
E1 Empty high, continuous Cartridge is empty
E2 No cartridge high, continuous No cartridge attached
E3 Undervoltage high, continuous Supply voltage is too low
E4 bis E6 not used - -
E7 Excess pressure high, continuous Maximum permissible pressure has been
reached
