Description
The lubricator transmits a permanent output signal (high level) on PIN 4 to signal its readiness for
operation to the controller. This signal must be present without interruption for at least 3 seconds
before a control signal can be transmitted to the lubricator.
The 3sec 24 V signal (2.9 s ... 3.1 s) can then be transmitted to the lubricator.
After the signal drops to 0 V, the first motor run of the pump starts and the lubricator pumps
lubricant. The motor running time (ML) depends on the lubricant and the counter
pressure (7 s ... 17 s).
After the completion of the first pumping sequence the lubricator transmits a
pause signal (P = 0.5 s).
The lubricator can process the next signal at the earliest 3 seconds after the completion of the
second motor run (dwell time Tp at least 38 seconds).
