Description
The lubricator transmits a permanent output signal (high level) on PIN 4 to signal its readiness for
operation to the controller. This signal must be present without interruption for at least 4 seconds
before a control signal can be transmitted to the lubricator.
The 2sec 24 V signal (1.9 s ... 2.1 s) can then be transmitted to the lubricator.
After the signal drops to 0 V, the pump motor starts to run and the lubricator pumps lubricant.
The motor running time (ML) depends on the lubricant and the counter pressure (7 s ... 17 s).
The lubricator can process the next signal at the earliest 3 seconds after the completion of the
motor run (dwell time Tp at least 22 seconds).
