3 Functional description
The lubricator has a double-piston pump. The two pistons run in opposite directions, where one piston
draws in the lubricant while the other pumps the quantity drawn in during the previous stroke to the
outlet. 0.15 cm³ of lubricant is pumped per stroke or dosing sequence. The lubricator can be controlled
via an external controller (PLC) - pulse controlled. Alternatively the time and frequency of the lubrication
and the quantity of lubricant per lubrication sequence can be defined via the parameters t and C - time
controlled.
Operating condition and error messages are displayed on the LCD. The conditions and errors can
additionally be read out and interpreted on the external controller.
